雷城电阻生产高精密电阻，迄今已有25年，有金属膜无引线电阻（又称melf电阻/晶圆电阻/rjm系列电阻/mma0204/mmb0207系列电阻等），金属膜精密电阻（rj系列）；高压电阻（rg系列/抗浪涌电阻），高压无引线电阻（高压melf电阻/rgm系列）等

melf电阻，又称晶圆电阻。此电阻诞生于1998年，当时是由于欧洲气候寒冷，外部环境温度非常低下，电表数据不稳定，因此，在电表中原来采用0805的片状电阻耐负荷不够，稳定性能不好，而开始使用melf电阻替代，解决了电表不稳定的性能。敝司于2000年的时候，应德国电力公司安诺和法国电力公司力雅的需要，开始生产melf电阻。
