2015年2月3日，江西省高企认定工作小组公布了包括<盛雷城精密电阻（江西）有限公司>等241家企业为---企业的通知 。

<关于印发〈---企业认定管理办法〉的通知>（国科发火[2008]172号）、<关于印发〈---企业认定管理工作指引〉的通知>（国科发火[2008]362号）文件规定，并接全国高企认定工作办公室<关于江西省2014年第二批---企业备案申请的复函>（国科火字[2015]37号），现将经---通过的<盛雷城精密电阻（江西）有限公司>等241家---企业名单予以公布（详见附件：江西省2014年第二批---企业名单）。本批次认定的---企业资格有效期为3年（自2014年10月8日至2017年10月7日）。

电子电路中，电阻器主要采用色环标示法，因为所用的电阻器功率多为1/8w 1/16w，体积很小。盛雷城精密电阻生产的普通电阻采用四环表示法，精密电阻采用了五环表示法，每条色环表示了不同的含义，一二三条分别为三位有效数字，第四条为倍率，第五条为允许偏差也就是我们通常所说的电阻的精度。黑、棕、红、橙、黄、绿、蓝、紫、灰、白十种颜色分别表示了0~9的十个数字，方便识别阻值及精度。
